PET POLICY AND AGREEMENT

PICNIQPOP is excited to welcome you and your lovely Furry Friends.
As we value the comfort and safety of all our guests, we request that you acknowledge and comply
with the Pet Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations which may be issued by PICNIQPOP with respect to keeping your pet(s) within the picniq setup.

REGULATIONS

A maximum of two pets are permitted per setup.
Pets shall have a maximum combined weight of up to 14kg per PICNIQ setup.
Pets are allowed only in the PICNIQPOP setup and playpen in which they are registered.
Pets are not to be left unattended at all times.

HEALTH and SAFETY

Pets should not have been sick in the last seventy-two (72) hours prior to the PICNIQ setup..
All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks.
Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose any waste in secured disposable bags.

COMFORT

We recommend that pet owners provide the following:

Pet’s food and water bowls
Pet's leash
Pet’s toys
Disposable poop bags
Pee pads

OOPSY DAISY

Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately upon the presentation of an invoice.
PICNIQPOP Management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.

SETUP RIGHTS & AMENDMENTS

PICNIQPOP Management reserves the right to require setup changes, removal of pet/s from the setup, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in our sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt other guests, has damaged PICNIQPOP property, or for failure to abide by these policies.

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES

The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses for personal injury or property damage that may be caused by or attributed to their pet/s. The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand.
