This is an agreement between the Hirer (you) and PICNIQPOP regarding your use of any of PICNIQPOP platform (Facebook, Instagram, Website, Forms). Your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement takes effect by your continued use of these platforms.


No member of PICNIQPOP or any other person involved, takes any responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided on any of PICNIQPOP’s platform. Use of such information is at the Hirer's own risk. No member of Picniqpop accepts any liability for any loss or damage of any nature.


The Hirer agrees that any and all information, content, graphics, blog, websites, text, files, company names, trademarks, logos and trade names contained on PICNIQPOP’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website, Forms), belongs to PICNIQPOP. Any materials may not be reproduced, quoted or disseminated without prior written approval of the owners.


All our products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, PICNIQPOP reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product, we shall notify the Hirer and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event, no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.


The Hirer will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate order forms or place any orders.

The Hirer shall be required to provide us with accurate details (e.g. personal information, payment details, address). By clicking on the ‘submit’ button on any order forms or confirming any orders, the Hirer is consenting to be bound by PICNIQPOP's terms and conditions.

Submitting your Order Forms/Emails, is subject to our acceptance of this offer. A confirmation of acceptance by email will be sent to the email address the Hirer have provided for us. This message will re-confirm the elements of the order(s) the Hirer have placed including confirmation of the delivery time and date.

We will confirm the Hirer's details and advise you that we are processing your purchase when we email you. The Hirer is responsible for the details of the order. Please read the confirmation carefully as we will assume the details shown to be correct and will not accept liability for errors not advised to us prior to delivery.

Full payment is to be made for all our products, services and packages upon submission of booking. You can find the transfer details on the confirmation invoice/email. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays, within the next 3 working days.

All charges are inclusive of set up and tear down. A booking is confirmed upon full payment before the booking date. Once full payment is made, bookings are not to be modified subject to our approval in attempt to cater to your best needs.


The Hirer is responsible for clearing the area prior to set-up e.g. moving of heavy furniture and clearing of any breakable items.

Extra charges apply for any furniture to be moved or rearranged by our crew at $50 per piece of furniture.

All floor areas must be dry and clean from dirt and dust before setup commences.

The Hirer is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment.

PICNIQPOP team will take every care, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. 


We put a lot of love into each set up to make it perfect for you and your party. Hence, a collection of $100 breakage security bond must be also paid prior to delivery. This will be fully refunded after collection, depending on damages/losses, if there's any, to the rental items and equipment. 

Any damages exceeding the $100 value will be charged accordingly.  PICNIQPOP will assess the damages or losses to the rental items and provide an itemised invoice for the replacement cost within a reasonable timeframe.


A cleaning charge will be applied to any equipment returned dirty at $25 per piece of equipment. This will apply to all hire equipment and accessories.

Linen does not need to be washed by the Hirer, however if it is returned stained or excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.

All hire equipment, accessories and linen need to be returned dry.


We may move your picnic, for any number of reasons, some of the most frequent include safety, privacy [we cannot control who will be in a public space and when] and access to shade, at our discretion, to provide the best experience possible.


We cannot guarantee an exact location although we will do our best to acquire access. If we cannot garner access, we will set up in another suitable location nearby. We cannot guarantee privacy.

All local rules, signs, laws and other permissions apply.


In the event of inclement weather, a later set up time will be offered, but PICNIQPOP will take no responsibility for any contingencies made midway of the event. 


Please contact us at least 3 working days (Monday – Friday) before the picnic date or no refunds will be given. Only 50% of the fees will be refunded upon customer’s withdrawal of picnic booking.


PICNIQPOP will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the Hirer's property.


PICNIQPOP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The Hirer will be bound by any such revisions and should therefore visit this page from time to time to review the terms and conditions
